CO-FOUNDER
A dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for purpose-driven business, Fateh Randhawa brings innovation, heart, and strategy to everything Safety FRST creates. With experience across international trade, social impact, and compliance-heavy industries, he plays a key role in building both verticals of the company: high-quality safety gear and customised marketing collaterals.
Outside the boardroom, Fateh is also an Asian Champion in Silambam, an ancient Indian martial art. His dedication to discipline, focus, and resilience through martial arts deeply reflects in the way he leads—grounded in culture, yet future-facing in vision.
He also spearheads the FRST Foundation, a nationally recognised non-profit NGO initiative that works for the safety of the blind and visually challenged individuals across India blending business with deep social impact.
AKSHAAN GADODIA
CO-FOUNDER
A powerhouse of precision and execution, Akshaan Gadodia co-founded Safety FRST with a mission to bring structure, scale, and uncompromised quality to India’s safety and branding ecosystem. Backed by a strong family legacy in garment manufacturing, Akshaan blends traditional expertise with modern business innovation to deliver across two core verticals— industrial safety gear and customised corporate merchandise.
Akshaan’s leadership style is grounded in discipline and team spirit—values he developed early on as a passionate cricketer who played district-level U-16 cricket. That same focus now drives his approach to operations, ensuring every order—whether a safety helmet or a customised merchandise—is delivered with unmatched attention to detail and quality.
SANKET SINGH
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
A founding team member, Sanket Singh runs operations at Safety FRST with precision and passion. He coordinates vendor networks, manages production schedules, and ensures delivery timelines are met—whether it’s a bulk order for reflective jackets or a thousand-branded
notebooks for a client launch.He also leads logistical operations for FRST Foundation’s outreach and donation programs.

Sumeet Saigal brings strategic depth and entrepreneurial insight to the table. As a Partner and Advisor, he helps shape the company’s growth across both its verticals—industrial safety and customised branding solutions. Sumeet plays a key role in expanding Safety FRST’s corporate network, streamlining execution, and ensuring every product reflects premium quality and meaningful purpose.

With over 30 years in garment manufacturing and more than two decades in active stock trading, Sandeep Gadodia provides a rare mix of traditional industry wisdom and sharp financial strategy. He guides Safety FRST on pricing models, quality standards, vendor relationships, and sustainable production across both safety gear and promotional merchandise.
